MEDAWAR 654

Medawar 654 is a primarily residential tower located in Ashrafieh, Beirut, overlooking both the port and the Mediterranean Sea.

Rising more than nine stories, the new structure is built above an existing heritage mansion—carefully preserved to honor Beirut’s rich architectural legacy from the 1960s.

The design concept centers on embracing the old mansion with a refined, contemporary form: a distinctive floating volume that reaches upward toward the sky, symbolizing progress while remaining firmly connected to its historical roots. Across all levels, the project maintains a respectful dialogue between past and future, ensuring that the preserved mansion remains an integral part of the building’s identity.
