Medawar 654 is primarily a residential tower located in Ashrafieh, Beirut, and overlooking the Beirut Port and Sea.

Having more than nine floors, the building stand on an old mansion preserved to wideness Beirut history during the 60’s period.

The concept was to wrap the old mansion with care in a distinctive floating edge stretching to the future, towards the sky, and going through all the levels the building always holds his roots upon the preservation of the old mansion architecture.
